RESPONSIBLE ALCOHOL SERVICE POLICY
Max Mixology LLC is committed to promoting the responsible service and consumption of alcoholic beverages at every event we serve. The safety of our guests, clients, staff, and the public is our highest priority.
All Max Mixology bartenders are TIPS Certified, professionally trained, and authorized to refuse alcohol service when necessary.
IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Alcohol will only be served to guests who are at least 21 years of age and present a valid, unexpired, government-issued photo identification.
Acceptable forms of identification include:
• State-Issued Driver's License
• State-Issued Identification Card
• United States Passport or Passport Card
• United States Military Identification Card
• Foreign Passport (when legally acceptable)
Expired identification will not be accepted.
Max Mixology LLC reserves the right to refuse service if identification:
• Is expired
• Cannot be verified
• Appears altered, damaged, or fraudulent
• Does not reasonably match the individual presenting it
SERVICE STANDARDS
To encourage responsible alcohol consumption:
• Only one alcoholic beverage will be served to a guest at a time.
• Guests may not obtain multiple alcoholic beverages for themselves or others.
• Alcohol service may be slowed or discontinued at the discretion of our bartending staff.
• Water and non-alcoholic beverage options are encouraged and may be offered throughout the event.
REFUSAL OF SERVICE
Max Mixology LLC reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest who:
• Appears visibly intoxicated
• Exhibits disruptive, aggressive, or unsafe behavior
• Cannot provide valid, unexpired identification upon request
• Attempts to provide alcohol to underage individuals
• Violates venue policies or applicable laws
Our staff's decision regarding alcohol service is final and will be supported by event management.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS
Max Mixology LLC complies with all applicable federal, state, and local alcohol service laws. As a dry-hire bartending company, clients are responsible for purchasing and providing all alcoholic beverages served at their event.
GUEST SAFETY
We encourage all guests to drink responsibly and arrange safe transportation when consuming alcohol. Max Mixology LLC may recommend discontinuing alcohol service if guest safety becomes a concern.
Max Mixology LLC reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate alcohol service to any individual or event if continued service would violate applicable laws, create an unsafe environment, or jeopardize the safety of guests, staff, or the public.
By attending an event serviced by Max Mixology LLC, guests acknowledge and agree to comply with these responsible alcohol service standards.
